We are monitoring the current situation in the Middle East, including the temporary closure of several airports across the region. At this time, only a limited number of our customers are affected.

For those customers due to transit via the region in the coming weeks, we are reviewing upcoming departures in date order with our airline partners and our Contact Centre will be in touch with you should there be any confirmed change of flight arrangements for your holiday.

For customers who have flights that do not transit through the impacted airports in the Middle East, you should make your way to the airport for your scheduled departure, unless you have been contacted by our team.

We kindly ask that you do not call us at this stage and instead wait to be contacted, as our immediate focus is assisting customers who are currently travelling.
